Hospitals aren't legally allowed to alter the results of tests, no matter if they think you will be upset.
Get a paternity test if you are really skeptical about the origins of the child.
Did your wife do something to make you beleive that she did cheat on you or just a nagging feeling in the back of your head?
Pregnant women are crazy and it's because of the hormones. I know that sounds cliche, but it's true. Body is going through so many changes it's ridiculous. As for the questions, maybe she is a little uncomfortable (is this your first child?) and cranky, sore and a million other things.
You can always get a paternity test done. I don't know if the drugstore ones are accurate, but they could at the very least give you a good idea.

I guess there are tests over the internet but not sure how trustworthy they are! Just don't get The Jeremy Kyle Show involved :S
As for your wife's behavior-she's pregnant and her hormones are all over the place so understandably her behavior may appear weird.
You don't say why you think your wife would have cheated, do you have evidence that points to her cheating or is this just an idea that won't leave your mind?

Can't offer much to sttle your mind now, but if it's still bothering you when the kid is born, get a paternity test. Use a private firm because many hospitals will outright lie to you if they think you'd be "upset" by bad news.
As for the pregnancy, be sure she gets plenty of omega-3 fatty acids. That should help with the behavior somewhat; during pregnancy, her body will actually deplete her brain of some of its nutrients to feed the developing baby, which will make your wife temporarily... well, "weird" is a nice word for it.

I think we may need more to go by to come to that conclusion, because hormones make women act "weird" when pregnant, and many women bleed after conceiving. Mostly spotting, but some medical conditions are serious, cause a lot of bleeding, and are cause to be placed on bed rest.
What else are you basing this on?
