When you say "both" do you mean licking her vagina and licking her anus? It is very easy to transfer bacteria from the anus to the vagina, which will ultimately result in an infection. If you want to do both, you should do the vagina first, then the anus, but don't go back and forth. If you want to go back to the vagina after the anus, you'll have to vigorously brush your teeth, use an antibacterial mouthwash, etc., and even then that may not do the trick, and you still could end up giving her an infection. This goes for the fingers as well. I've told my fiance to be careful and not use the same finger, or even the same hand, in the back as in the front, but sometimes it happens by accident, and then bam! - I get a nasty infection...then there's no intercourse for a week while the meds are working away.

Well I certainly hope it is okay to lick and swallow vaginal juices. As one who has been licking it all up for decades, there have fortunately been no adverse reactions in my case, but as alluded by "Irish49" there are circumstances when some "stuff" could be harmful, such as discharge if your woman has a yeast infection (candidasis), chlamydia, hepatitus B, gonorrhea, syphilis, trichomonaisis and other sexually transmitted diseases. If your girl is disease-free, then there are no worries in my opinion. But you better make sure. Unusual discharge, such as a cottage cheese looking substance, is not a good sign.

A healthy vagina is just that, healthy. You can't get a disease from someone who is not sick with that disease. Therefore, a healthy vagina, or a healthy mouth, hand or cheek, for that matter, poses no risks. If your concern is whether vaginas are clean, they are.
That said, however, be careful. Cunnilingus on a woman who carries an illness could give you that illness. I assume your girl is healthy. If she weren't, then your licking her fluids would put you at risk of several diseases, incluidng AIDS and hepatitis B.
Here's a good source of information about HIV:
