well .. i have ben and know alot of people who have been in this situation before. i found it to work out fine wheni was having sex with my best guy friend. But you are underaged, therefore it is illegal.
If either of you are still virgins, then my advice would be that it is not a good idea. Your 1st time should be special with someone you love, not just sex with a mate.
Athough saying this, if you both feel its wha you truly want then you shouldn't feel guilty about it. But it could ruin your friendship.

Also you're still under the legal age limit for sex. Why is is that she wants to have sex with you? Is it because she likes you or is it because she's still a virgin and has deicided that she doesn't want to be anymore.. so she asks you? If that's why that's not fair on you or herself really. Both of you might regret it when you're older.
As well.. you might feel used or she might feel used. But if it's 'her decision' then you shouldn't feel guilty - but may regret it if it's not something that you don't want to do. Sex is a pretty important thing and you don't want to just sleep with anyone - it should really be someone who you care about and vice versa.

 You should save sex for a relationship at the very least. You don't know how you will feel afterwards, but if you don't want to, or even if you have reservations then you don't have to have sex with her. I don't think it is OK to be pressured into sex, but if you do decide to have sex with her then make sure you use a condom to prevent disease and pregnancy. Have a serious talk with her. This might be difficult, but if you are old enough to f**k, you are old enough to talk!

No doubt all your mates claim to have had sex and so on - believe me, it's only when you get a lot older that you realise how much bull* we brag about as young males. If she is a friend, might it not be that she actually likes you a lot more than that and this is the only way she thinks will get close to you? - It would be a shame if she's doing it for that reason (which would mean she might *not* really want to, but thinks its the only way to get closer to you)... also, friendships are never the same afterwards if you don't actually love each other. I'd honestly say that you will feel bad about it afterwards, and I think that deep inside you know that if you've had to ask. Enjoy her company, go out for a trip together on your own as friends and see what happens naturaly.

 Why does she want to have sex with you??? Be wary some girls want babies but im older and more cynical so thats the first thing that pops into my head! Maybe she just wants to try if for the first time with someone she knows?? I personally think you should save this first time (if it is first time?) until you meet someone special enough to want to have sex with. Its not just pregnancy but also diseases that you have to be careful of. As for feeling guilty yes you might and it might ruin your friendship x
