While it's great for you to be cautious about that stuff. I don't think you should be asking us. ASK HER! plain and simple. ;]

I would educate myself to see where she is coming from. Here is a video to get you started: http://meat.orgA good book to read on the subject is Peter Singer's "Animal Liberation".

Hi, Yes I would say go ahead and eat what you want, I am sure she would not want you to change just because of her.
It always strikes me as odd though as most people who call them selves vegans and will not eat anything from animals still wear leather either with it being shoes, coats belts or even make-up as some of this is also from animals, so discuss it with her and see just how strong she feels about it.

Its something that you are going to have to ask her chances are she is fine with it. If she is not you might want to look at if you can spend forever with her and not eat meat.
Good luck

Absolutely. If she is able to eat foods in front of you without you judging her, then you should be able to do the same with her. If you are still unsure, just ask.
Hope this helps,
Amanda
