At your age - a blowjob before sex, even fairly early in the foreplay, may be a good idea. Especially if you can bring him to climax rather quickly. He'll have to cooperate and not resist it.
The key is to give him a preliminary orgasm, not the grand finale. The intensity (not necessarily the pleasure) of a guy's orgasm is correlated to the amount of semen he ejaculates, so don't work him up to the point where he releases every last drop. Most 20-year olds (even up to 25) will be ready to go again in 10 - 15 minutes. Insist that he use the re-charge time to get you ready! On the second time around he'll almost certainly have more staying-power once he's inside you.

The reason is that he wouldn't have that much pleasure when having sex after he has cum. It takes about 30 minutes to an hour for a guy to make enough sperm for a session, and it's in his climax that a guy gets an orgasm (when he cums). In the other hand, he would last longer in the act but as I told you before, he would not have as much pleasure.
