Firstly, i want to just say, i understand how you feel, your problem isnt an addiction, its just a curiousity. Funnily enough, when i was your age i watched porn, as i didnt really understand properly. I think this isnt a major problem, just try and engage yourself in other things, such as studying or watching tv, and when you feel as if you want to watch it, just tell yourself you wont, otherwise maybe speak to a close friend or relative that you can trust.

reader, anonymous, writes (6 January 2007): Theirs nothing really awful about you watching Porn as a few of the other agony aunts/uncles say when you’re a virgin your fascinated by sex, I know I was, I think this fascination was heightened my the media movies T.V etc, I did not used to watch porn however couples sex shows I used to watch at about 16, I think these made it more realistic for me as the people where real and really loved each other,
I think porn is more popular with Boys because girls generally mature faster then Boys and realise more quickly that it’s false and has nothing to do with Love and meaningful relationships,
And gives an unrealistic view of what woman should look like for example Breast implants, Liposuction most of them have had stuff done to make them look “sexy” although in my opinion they don’t always succeed and the men have things done to them too to make certain parts of there body larger (penis) and have over top muscles so providing you realise this and don’t have an Unrealistic view about sex also that it doesn’t become obsessive maybe its ok in moderation but what worries me Is the fact you say “I cant stop” You may need councelling if your obsessed,

now its 4 years on and Im totally disgusted about porn and hate it, because I researched abit on it and I found that over 90% of the people in porn have been or are currently being sexually assulted, and you just dont know how old the people are in these pictures and movies, they could be 12 year olds made to look like 21 years olds. we cant protended that it does not happen,because it does.

 I think it's totally normal and natural for teen boys and girls to watch or look at porn. My brother had a porn mag under his bed...he was 12 at the time (found it while I was cleaning his bedroom)I was 16 at the time.
It is just your curiosity about the whole thing, and after a while, you will lose interest in watching it so much.

And yes it was kinda exciting too, and I was also very curious about the whole thing because I had never had sex.
I found a extensive porn library on my boyfriend's computer at some point and had a look at a lot of the movies, but the thing is that by then I had gained more experience and the movies didn't appeal to me because they were too plastic somehow. Nobody does it like that, porn movies are more about gymnastics than sex.
Anyways, I guess what I want to say is that it's totally okay for a girl to watch porn. Just don't think that real sex has to be like in those movies, because it isn't.
The only thing that makes me worried is that you say you can't stop watching it. If it starts feeling like you're getting addicted to it, I guess you should see a professional.
