reader, anonymous, writes (3 January 2007): This is verified as being by the original poster of the questionthanks for the help.But yes i always drink lots of water that is one of my most fav drinks weird i know.and as for pills the only thing i am on is birth control.i have changes kinds lots and am still nothings helping it makes being in a relation ship really hard.

 Are you drinking enough water, or taking any meds that cause a drying effect..ie diaretics water pills ect?
I ask this because i wasn't drinking enough water and I was as dry as the desert!! Once I started doing that, everything went back to normal. And how to know how much water you need is: Take your body weight and divide it by 1/2 to get the ounces of water you need a day.
Also there is on the market vaginal inserts that will give you the moisture that you need. I used them for a while and it helped out tremendously!!

 try having more foreplay that could help greatly the more excited and more fun you have the more excited and wet you can become. i think alot of women can be the same try stimulating ureself and try to relax have some fun games xxx hope this helps
