The genital area of a man is especially prone to this kind of thing because it's not a very breathable area. If he isn't showering and washing himself there every day, it's bound to smell a little offensive. Some men more than others. I know that with my husband, sometimes we'll be about to get intimate, and he will be smelling AWFUL down there from working out in the sun and sweating all day. It's not fun to deal with, but it is completely normal. The person who said there is absolutely no reason for your boyfriend to smell a little foul must have been a very lucky girl, because I have found that all but one man I have been with, in fact, have smelled pretty bad after a day of working hard, or just from not showering every day. You have absolutely nothing to be worried about. It is very, very normal. If it bothers you, then just continue having your boyfriend wash it up before you have sex. Otherwise, relax, because it's nothing out of the ordinary. I hope I have put your worries at ease. Good luck and take care!

It was atrocious! And I looked it up on the internet and I read that guys who aren't circumsized have a tendency to smell because dirt gets caught real easily between the skin. He is the only guy I have been with that stunk. But he was also the only guy I had been with who wasn't circumsized.Generally if he IS circumsized there is absolutely no reason he should be stinky unless he has an infection or something.

Could be, maybe he sweats a lot down there.
