writes:Is it possible for a guy to have small traces of semen on his underwear even if he did not have sex that day. My boyfriend occassionaly has two or three white spots on his underwear but yet we didn't have sex that day. I don't know how to approach him with it and don;t want to if that is a normal thing for guys and maybe I just never noticed it before. I have tendancy to blow up about things without knowing all the facts. Help !!!!

Go to checkmate.com. semen leaves stains, semen ony exits with ejaculation only. semen can be exclusively detected from any other fluids with a lab test you order at home. read up on it, i have learned alot!!

Anyway, sounds normal to me, women lose discharge without sex throughout the day so why would men be any different? its just one of those things.

 could be hes whacking a doodle doo i.e to porn. and AFTER HE PULLS HIS UNDERWEAR UP AND THE LEFTOVERS LEAK ONTO HIS DRAWERS. it could be remnants of cream from jerking off, etc so i would not really worry too too much on this issue. if men saw womens stains theyd might think wed been doing the deeed too. lord knows we leave snail trails everywhere, leaking fluids all the time. well, healthy ones anyways, one can only hope. if its green and smell like death u better get that one checked. good luck

Another les likely option is that he may be leaking pre-cum in which case you should read up on it.
