It looks fresh and she says it's from the last time we had sex and she just hasn't showerd yet. I want to know if what she says is possible and is she cheating?

No i think it is impossible the senario you have just given semen changes colour after ejaculation and two days later it would not be there in the consistency you have described.
The vagina is self-cleaning and douching can do more harm than good getting rid of the good bacteria.
Google 'Bacterial Vaginosa' and you will probably come to realize that this is what your partner has it is a very common problem with women moreso than Thrush but can be treated very easily with tablets.

But you should seriously wrap it up all the time, especially if you think she could be cheating. If you are that quick to suggest it from your story, I suspect your suspicions have been there for awhile.

I am sure this is more likely to be a build up of yeast which is present in your partner's vagina it is white in colour and she will need to visit her doctor if she has noticed a discharge at all which can be easily treated and is nothing at all to worry about.
Semen usually turns to a translucent liquid shortly after ejaculation so i would doubt that your first instinct was correct.

Showering would have nothing to do with ejaculation being cleaned out. The vagina naturally washes things out, which is what discharge is for women.
It was most likely her own lubricant and discharge that her vagina produced. Especially if it was thick and gummy enough to actually stick you your penis.
