reader, anonymous, writes (18 February 2008): It's definitely not illegal to date her, but about the sex... I'm not actually sure about this, I think everybody thinks something different. However, my opinion is that as long as the sex is not forced upon her, and she is more than willing to have sex with you, then it's not illegal. But if her parents are not happy and you won't back off, I think they may be able to tell the police or something. But don't worry, I doubt this would happen.

 Hi thanks for askin the question hunthe answer is No, if you are not having sex it is not illegal however most people think it is wrong has your stil young and he is older, but whet happens when your 16? there is nothing noone can do about it, as long has you wait untill you are old enough and make sure he treats you right, then that is fine, age shouldnt come into it, unless he was taking advantage of you!PLease use protection when you do though and do not force yourself into doing it, or dont let the guy force you either, YOU CAN ALWAYS SAY NO!.Good luck take care

 erm am not sure i think its just illegal if your having sex yes its illegal if your having sexdont be pressured into having sex even when you are 16 think about it first losing your virginity is a huge step and should be taking seriously hunbe safe!!!!
