Though i never learnt how to do it well until after i was married. My husband helped me to learn, that was fun!
Most people do not admit to doing it. And why should they? It is private. Let it stay that way.
I get very horny. When my guy has to be away i do it multiple times a day. Like twice before i get out of bed. Once as soon as i get home from work. Always just before i go to bed.
No problems at all.
This has led to a very healthy sexual response when I see him on his return. He knows i do it, he does it when he is away too.
The climax is different, but just as enjoyable, as when I climax with him. That is I reach climax much faster with masterbation, because I know exactly perfectly how to get me there, so then with him i enjoy the slower rise of sexual tension than what i can achieve alone. With him the climax is multi-layered and lasts longer.
It's all good.
Keep it to yourself. Spice it up with thinking fantasy thoughts of any place, anyone and anything that turns you on as you masterbate. Use trigger words or phrases in your head, that turn you on, to increase your response, and to make it even better.
Just enjoy.
Never let kill joys tell you it is not OK. It has made things with my husband and I even better.

If your a normal healthy male,(physically and mentally) there's nothing wrong with it at all.
It's nothing more than a healthy response to a natural condition.
The only problem I can see is, your culture.
There are some cultures in the world where masturbation is punishable by law, and with some of them the penalties can be quite severe. Considering your only doing what nature gave you the ability to do.
If I where you, I would discreetly check into my local customs and laws, before I got caught doing what comes naturally.

It's healthy as long as it's not unhealthy, if I can put it that way. It turns unhealthy if it gets addictive (the feeling that you HAVE to do it, and urge you can't resist), it is unhealthy if you get sore, experience pain related to it, or any other negative development.
As long as it's not unhealthy then masturbating is pleasurable and enjoyable, and nothing you need to stop doing.
