The guilt suggests it's cheating. And even without the guilt, I'd say it's cheating. When you're in a relationship, the sexual stuff and emotional stuff is supposed to be exclusive to the relationship. You shouldn't be at a massage parlour doing anything sexual with/for/in front of someone.

 Personally, yes. I feel if you have a partner then anything sexual you do is to be shared with them, no one else. Masturbation is the exception, but you shared the act with another woman, in the flesh. I would consider this crossing the line.You have to ask yourself, why did you feel the desire to do this? If you are not happy with your relationship, perhaps you should try to sort that out. If you start looking for other sexual outlets it could be a slippery slope.
