The thing is that I feel the need to be spanked to stop me from losing my temper with people. I have a male friend who I told that I like to be spanked when the truth is that I don't like it. He was texting me and offered to spank me. What I'm worried about is whether this would be cheating or not since I'm not actually doing anything sexual but my friend would think that I am. Does this count as cheating?

I wouldn't call it cheating, I mean you have no sexual interest in the guy and his intentions don't really matter. It sounds just like a friend thing as a reminder to you but I would make sure your gf knows that if she ever sees it.

Wait so you don't like to be spanked?! But if he's just texting you that he can spank you, I wouldn't consider it cheating. Because all you did was let him know that you do, that was it. It wasn't like you were "Oh, spank me". Just let you girlfriend know what was said and what the deal is before anything blows out of proportion. She might be a bit upset at first but will cool down because she heard it from you, not from someone else. But to answer your question no i would not consider is cheating.
