For you, it can be exciting to know your man is so into you he cant control his responce. And other times, it feels great when he takes his time and builds you up to the peak (multiple times hopefully).

The simple answer for a guy is quickly. But and this is a BIG BUT. Depends on how greedy the bloke is in bed. A decent lover will learn how to hold off until the right moment, whenever that may be. Sex is a two-sided thing, and if its only one-sided then things are bound to get frustrating!

Tell him that he needs to learn the wonderful benefits of KEGEL exercises for guys! These allow him to use muscular control to reduce the period of time between orgasms. Drastically. If you've heard of guys who can go a dozen times a night, this is what they are doing. It really no kidding DOES work. Then he doesn't HAVE to choose between fast and slow. He (and you) can have both. The only disadvantage is that it takes TIME and EFFORT to build up the muscles needed to attain that control. And also tight discipline to maintain control of those muscles at the time of orgasm, when the guy's "natural" instinct is to just cut loose and let it all go at once.
If you're working with a partner, get moving on this. It's something that will pay you both dividends for the rest of your lives.
