For me, manual and oral stimulation after orgasm can be uncomfortable. Vaginal stimulation is fine, pleasant, though like Tux says, the erection will generally fade in a minute or so, for a few minutes.
So if you are close, you are welcome to try, just be aware that he likely won't keep it up for long, and if he feels pressure to, it will probably go even quicker.

It's not true, at least not in my case.. In fact sometimes I orgasm and then continue going, although normally after a guy orgasms he become flaccid. i've never had it hurt afterwards if touched again. Only thing I've had after orgasm was that it was just limp afterwards, but that doesn't hurt.
