We have good chemistry and everything, but sometimes I feel like he's not interested or he just doesn't care. My best friend gave him a note yesterday telling him of my feelings. I didn't know about this note until he told me after he gave it to "Joe". I was really worried about it, but when I got lunch with "Joe" today, there was no change at all in his behaviour. He wasn't awkward and he didn't ask me about it... It struck me as really odd. Is this a good thing, a bad thing, or is he just /that/ oblivious?

Yup CaringGuy hit it right on the spot. He's just not interested. If he was he would at least smile or act a little nervous around you. If you talk to him about it you might not like what he has to say. Afterall he does know how you feel about him and so it's his move to make if he's interested. So just a warning if you plan on asking him what he thought about the note. Good luck to you.

He might be very shy, or he might be totally uninterested. To be honest, it sounds like he's not interested. Even a very shy guy shows more interest. There is clearly only one way to truly find out and that is to talk to him. If you want to know how he feels, you will have to speak to him.
