No. Except for a small handful of States ( not India ) everybody need a visa on their passport to get into Pakistan. You can get a visitor's visa to see friends, relatives, or " for any other legitimate reason ", for 3 months, renewable at their discretion up to 6 months. If you intend to stay more than one month, you also have to register yourself at a Police station.
I don't know about the express train, but I know that Indian citizens who want to access Pakistan legally are restricted to do it through the checkpoints at Karachi airport, and another couple of airports, or , by road, through Wagha.
If you want to know if you can get into Pakistan illegally by train, without getting caught, I suppose it's possible , but I would not be so adventurous if I were you, you don't want to maybe end up in jail for visiting
your love object, do you ?, that would defy the purpose of your visit.
Why don't you just get yourself a passport ? Pakistan does not DENY entry to Indian citizen, and they do not deny them their visa,- they just want them to ask it.
