She is an awesome manager now, and married with grown children.We are very good friends only, but we both fell in love with each other, since we both married , we do not have any type of relationship except talk, and work together.is it moral to be in love with each other?

I wouldn't say it's immoral. As we grow older, we may grow apart from what we thought would be our life long partners and become fond of someone else. It's only natural how the human heart works. Talk to each other about it and do what you feel would make you both the happiest.

I know people who fall in love while married with other people and in the end, they do end up together. Look at Brad and Angelina, Tori and Dean... perhaps you are both very unhappy and lonely and deserve to find happiness with each other? Only the two of you can know for sure.
