Over time I got to know him and realized he is a really cool guy and I started developing feelings for him. I wanted to tell him and before I did he found out from this other girl. Now he is friends with her and not me (even though she knew about it the whole time) When I went to apologize to him he talked bad about me and kind of embarrassed me to ppl and online. He told his friend omg she sent me this.....and she is kind of effed up. Do you think this was his way of getting revenge? Also if he cared about me would he have done that? Idk what to think or do......

I would just quietly bow out of his life. You did lie to to him, and lying hurts. Maybe he did care for you, but if you lied that means he doesn't have to care anymore. Maybe he did do it publicly to hurt you, or maybe he was just hurt himself.
Whatever the reason, now is the time to just move on from him. You've made some mistake in lying, and you need to learn from them. Don't lie again, and hopefully you won't be treated harshly over the internet again.
