Get over yourself!!! At this young age, you want someone like that guy in your life??? It's a combination of hormones, and attraction! Is this the first time you've had any attention from the opposite sex??? Well, it will be the first of a long long long line that will last your entire life!!! So, move on... and stop this infatuation at once. You are young, don't you have friends and stuff??? And if you are ready for a boyfriend, then why don't you choose someone who looks deep into your eyes?? Don't walk past him...RUN AWAY!!! And if his behavior continues, tell your elder brother or your DAD. Ok??
And for God's sake, DON'T TAKE HIM SERIOUSLY AT ALL.

If you catch him spying on you or he continues to make you feel uncomfortable, i think you should tell an adult that you can trust about his behaviour. As for the girl, she could be his sister, friend, or girlfriend, who knows?? but i wouldn't worry about that. Just do your best to avoid this weirdo, don't put yourself at unnecessery risks, alway's take a fully charged mobile phone out with you, be safe and stay one step ahead always. Rr!

I'm not rif raf or rock and roll, but I think that he obviously enjoyed seeing you damp and in a towel and is trying to be flattering in his crude and immature way.
I would continue to ignore him.
Whether he likes what he saw or not, would he have noticed you if you had not been damp and in a towel?
