Is he interested or is he too busy for me?

I met this guy a few weeks ago and my brother in law told him I liked him and he said he was interested. So I had my brother in law give him my number and he told him he felt pressured to call now and he is so busy with work and class that he doesn't have time. He said things will have to settle down a bit before he calls. I know he's busy but is he just not interested too???
