 I think he's being trickky.you shouldn't be in support of this.let him know you don't like the idea and if you still notice him around the girl,i would advice you to leave him.good luck.

 so this boy of yours who professes to love you is willing to sleep with another woman for money? either it's prostitution on his part or he's conning her. OR WORSE, he's conning you.
in any way his morals are suspect...
my advice.... leave him... he's not worth it.
what if he sleeps with her and catches something and gives it to you and you become sick or sterile and can't have children?
why is this even an option for you?
