Well, if you're the only one he kisses on the cheek then you're probably special to him. That's a good sign.
I guess it depends on the culture but even if you guys are reasonably close friends I don't consider it 'normal' that he kisses you on the cheek a lot. So I'm quite sure he really likes you. You might want to flirt with him a bit if you dare.
