writes:hi everybody i like this man i met 6 months ago we were together for 8 weeks and i was getting feelings for him i never told him though he said he needed to get his head sorted before he could be with somebody properly he texts me everyday just to see how me and my son are my son has been in hospital with asthma he,s nearly 3 he always puts loads of kisses and smiley faces on texts to me do you think he likes me but maybe he is scared of getting hurt like he has in the past? thank you.

 Possibly - you are not going to find out though unless you ask him! If he has just come out of a relationship then chances are he may need some time to get over her, so he doesnt want to get too involved with you while he is not ready for a relationship.
I think all you can do here is just tell him how you feel and ask where you stand. At least then you will know one way or another what is going on.
