I dont know if its him being the moron he is or if hes building courage. Hes nice but he thinks hes the bees-knees. reader, anonymous, writes (18 July 2011): Hello there! :) I think he's the kinda guy that looks tough on the outside but is soft on the inside (even if its just a little bit) and has his own way of expression (which is by teasing you). Everyone's different but wether he's a twat or not is for you to decide :P And i do think he fancy's you :P Boys tease girls to attract attention,, and he wants your attention cause he likes you :)

 he seems to be confident. Sometimes guys tease girls in order to have some sort of communication with her. I think he is trying to show himself as confident as this helps him befriend people. I wouldnt call him a twit, as you said, he is nice. so he isnt all bad.
