I dont understand teen girls much as you can probably guess but whenever I get my hopes up it just doesn't seem to work out...is every single girl obsessed with looks? Without bragging, my personality is good compared with most of the idiots at my age. I'm normally a really nice person and dont have any habits that I should be ashamed of...is there anyone out there or is it just me? Reply to this Question

The wrong girl will measure you by looks alone. So if any girl measure you on your looks and nothing else, they're not all that great. Just take your time getting to know girls, and they will see that you're a great guy. Tht's what happened to me.

 No, not every girl is obsessed with looks. Only the shallow ones which you don't really want to be with anyway.
The same goes for girls when it comes to boys. A lot of girls think boys are only interested if they look like a supermodel. This isn't true.
Looks will normally influence a girl's feelings for you as it's the first thing they see. But in the end, it's personality that matters. Appearance is only one aspect of a person. If someone's worth being with, they will love you for who you are and love the way you look because it's you.
There is definately someone out there for you. You just have to wait for her to come along.

 Although for most teenage girls, looks are absolutely important.. there are still a few people out there to whom its not. It maybe very rare to find such people, but they still exist.
I'm a teenage girl as well. And honestly, looks aren't that important to me. I need someone who is intelligent. Someone who can understand what I'm saying and someone whom I can have a proper intelligent conversation with.
So, we(our kind who are not obsessed with looks) are not extinct!(at least not yet =P)

 Meet girls with common interests and make friends with girls. Infatuation wears off eventually but friendships are forever and they often lead to more than friendship.
Every girl is different... me, for example. I want someone who knows how to LISTEN! Someone nice, caring and sweet who doesn't get mad, who knows how to listen, who is understanding about feelings.
In my book a man who knows how to listen is worth more than a single diamond the size of the Milky Way.
