 Most chicks prefer a man who is more experienced than she is - how wide a margin she prefers varies from girl to girl.
As for intelligence, you have to ask what girls mean when they say they want intelligence. In my experience, they don't care about how good you are at math, science, or engineering (in fact, up until about age 25, you're better off hiding it if you're any good at those things); when a girl claims to like intelligence, she means social intelligence, your ability to interact with people and remain in control of the social scene. In other words, if you are confident, dominant, and socially savvy, with a wide network of acquaintances, girls will think you are intelligent, whether you are book-smart or not.

 I dont really care if a guy is a virgin or not, it doesnt really matter to me.
But intelligence is very important to me, I am quite an intelligent person myself, I love learning and I always have been pretty smart. So I want a man who matches my level of intelligence (or is smarter than me) so we can have good conversations, debates etc.

 The virgin thing has two perks, one is no jealousy over past lovers/no worrying about how you measure up. The other is that a virgin has no weird habits from previous lovers so it's easier to teach them what your personal likes are.
And I don't know many people who wouldn't prefer intelligence over stupidity. Isn't intelligence always a plus?

Well lots of young girls have that double standard going the other way. Even when they have little or no sexual experience, they still only want experienced guys.
Of course there are plenty of exceptions. Some girls get off on de-virginizing men. Others don't care one way or the other.
