writes:Hi I have been talking to a guy on the internet for 4 months getting on really well. Text me xmas and new year's eve then suddenly went quiet. Text him and he told me he was just really stressed and didn't have time for anything other than work, I admit I did text too much but was wondering what happened, anyway I then offered to leave him alone, he has now told me that's a good idea for a bit. But I'm confused as too what this means, I'm hoping he will text but am I just hoping.

who knows his wife might have caught him texting you? Its an internet guy, he might have fed you some stories that he is single and available, but maybe he is not? Forget him and meet someone locally through freinds or some social club etc...

If he's only an internet guy and he's retreating after 4 months don't even bother. Forget about it and move on. You don't need that or have time for dumb games.
