INSANELY attracted to hot neighbor

I'm a 17 yr old female and have this damn fine neighbor (about to be 18) who I've been hot for the moment I first saw him almost 4 years ago. I've never tried to make a move on him because though I have pretty high self esteem, this guy is just so fine I feel like he is way out of my league. However, I've always felt like if I ever had the chance to have sex with him I would in a split second. Anyway, I'm talking to one of his friends pretty seriously and I'm really really liking him. But he likes use to hang out with my smokin neighbor a lot, which is bad because immediately my hormones go crazy! What do I do about this?
