so he never drinks or smokes?
he has no stress?
he has no high blood pressure
he takes NO medication
he eats well
he exercises daily
his weight is within acceptable parameters?
if all these things are normal then his impotence could be emotional...

Has he had his thyroid and testosterone levels checked? If not, then he should, both can drastically lower the sex drive and the "get it up" ability.

You're sure he's had a thorough physical exam - so high blood pressure, diabetes, low testosterone and poor circulation have all been ruled out? Smoking and alcohol both get in the way as well.
If it's none of those things, the brain still has to be onside for everything to work. If he's worried about something, if he's suffering stress, if you two have unresolved problems, that can all be a cause. If you've been together for a long time and have fallen into a routine in the bedroom, he may be bored.
