 Well have you looked at the condom in daylight?! If you have put it in the bin I suggest you get it out of the bin and have a close look to see if there is a tear or hole.
If you for some reason have no longer got the condom (I dont know why you didnt just turn the light on last night to have a look - where are you living, in a cave?!) then just make an appointment with the doctors ASAP. Or go to a sexual health clinic - they offer a walk in service (google sexual health clinics or go on the NHS website) at most clinics so you should be able to see someone today.
I have never heard of medication that would stop the morning after pill working - I know skin drugs mess with the contraceptive pill but the morning after pill is different - I think you probably can get it and you should go to your nearest clinic ASAP who will be able to give it to you for free and advise you on your skin medication too.
