More importantly remember when with a woman, foreplay, sparks, excitation are vital, some guys who are 'big' think that just because theyre big, they can skip all of this, and its like...ouch, no!

As a woman, I could not care less about size.
It's not about what cards you're dealt in life, but how you play them. ;)

As long as it's visible without a magnifying glass, I don't think most women care. I certainly don't. Four inches feels nice in places where 8 would hurt.

I'm not sure if you're concerned about other guys seeing you or your sex life.
If it's other guys seeing you, how big you are when you're soft means absolutely nothing. The average length when soft is about 3" and the average when hard is about 5.1". You're slightly smaller, but it's not as though someone is standing there with a measuring tape or even sitting there staring at and analyzing your penis.
If it's sex life, penises are not central to women's sexual pleasure. 25% of women can orgasm from penetration, but 85% can from oral sex. Women's pleasure is from the clitoris, not the vagina. Penetration feels like movement/pressure more than anything, our vaginas are not very sensitive. Generally straight men are far more concerned with penises than straight women.

Average size erect is generally thought to be around 5 - 6".
So you're slightly below average, some guys are above average. So long as it works, I don't think most girls are worried about the size, if that's what your concerned about.
