Anyways, The fastest girl in my school saw the place I got and was being nice and this happened a couple of times. Then I started to notice her in the hallways and have been having conversations with her. Normally, I'm really shy. But, she is outgoing enough to have a conversation without dying of shyness. anyways, I got her number and we have been texting for a while and I compliment her and I like her.. the only problem is, she's pretty popular compared to me, and she one grade higher. What should I do? Tomorrows Valentines day; just keeping that in mind. thanks for your help.

Ask her out! Don't worry about the fact she's in the year above, it doesn't make any difference. Likewise, just because she's popular it doesn't mean she doesn't like you. She sounds genuinely nice, and she probably likes you because you're quite and more than likely come across as genuine. Just go for it :)

Dude, if you guys are talking and she seems to enjoy talking to you, ask her out! It means she likes you!
It's a tad late to ask her out for Valentine's day, so try this: Get her a valentine's day card and give it to her before going to class or whatever. Don't get her a gift, that's reserved for people already in a relationship, it might come off as "too much" other wise.
On the card, write something along the lines of this:
"Happy valentines day, care to go out sometime?"
She will probably text you to say thank you and say yes to your question. Then take her on a date.
