I understand how you are feeling right now.
I am 21,but when I was your age I thought about the same things all the time.It is very normal to explore your body. You should know your body before anyone else gets that chance.I had sex to young,and I think that is one of the worst mistakes I've made so far. It's not worth it.
So, please respect your body,and wait. You'll thank yourself when you're older.Also having sex at a young age can really harm you'r body!!I had curvical cancer when I was seventeen.I learned that one of the causes of that is sexual intercourse at a young age ,so please wait!!!

Of course you can masturbate! Personally, I don't agree with the other person saying you shouldn't be thinking about this. You are only human, and you are OBVIOUSLY going through puberty. You can't control these thoughts, so do not for one second feel bad about how you're feeling.
That said, you are right. You are definitely too young to be having sex. Explore your body, touch yourself and get to know yourself (inside and out).
I had sex at an early age (15), and I definitely do regret it. I should have thought things through, and instead let my libido do the thinking for me.
If you are with someone, and they are pressuring you into having sex -- then you shouldn't be with them. If someone cares about you, they will wait for you and let you take your time. With whatever it may be.
Take your time, enjoy your teenage years, and always always ALWAYS think things through before you dive into anything.

 its very common for younger people to want sex ,as people are hitting puberty as young as 10 years old these days, i would really suggest waiting till your 16 so you can learn more about sex. i agree with dr good advice maybe just focus on some other more important things such as study, you have only been in this world for 12 years you have so many many years to come before you should start worrying about that sorta thing.
