 Well go with the one you know you like more and will be happy with, and make a relation ship that will last, do not make a decision based on stupid reasons like, they live to far away, or, my friends dont like him etc, look dep down inside and think about who you deeply would be happy with if you were still with them in a years time, and then make a move.

Guy no.1 sounds full of false promises and guy no.2 is too far away and in my opinion, long distance relationships just don't work. You haven't elaborated on the third guy but you haven't said anything about him. If you both like each other then go for it =]
