Some days ago we talked about having sex for the first time but we haven't done it since im waiting for my period to take birth control pills. I'm 15 yrs old and so is he. we've been "fooling" around as in touching each other but we dont take off 0ur clothes. 3 days ago after i touched his private part [which was wet] i accidentally touched mine some minutes later. My period is supposed to come tomorrow but i've been stressing out over the idea of me being pregnant. I need advice and i need to know if there are any chances of me being pregnant without having sexual intercourse with my partner. Thanx =]

I do not think you are pregnant. The only way you could possibly be pregnant is if he were to cumb on the outside of your vagina, then there would be a very SLIM chance of you being pregnant, but just touching his & then touching yours, shouldn't have done anything.
When I was a teenager, before I was on birth control, one of my exes condom broke inside of me after he came, so I quickly stood up to let it all drain out - thankfully I didn't get pregnant. SO see... just a little touch like you had shoudn't do anything.
My advice to you... wait at least one month after you started taking birth control to have sex. It takes your body at least a month for your body to get used to it & for it to work. Beings that you are so young, I also advise using a condom even while being on birth control & have him pull out when he cumbs. If you follow these simple instructions, you should not get pregnant.
So... in one more month, you and your man can start having sex, enjoy it, and know that you're being safe!
Good luck & have fun!

dont worry about it. sperm cant live too long outside the vagina and the penis needs to ejactuate inside the vagina for the woman to become pregant.
If you are planning on having sex remember to be careful, considering that you both are underage (the legal age for having sex is 16), and eventho you are taking birth control pills you should also consider using condoms (just in case. the pills are good, but dont work on all women as promised).
i hope my advice helps
