When he was supposed to be watching the whole class to see what they're like the whole time he just stared at me, also he stood next to my desk the whole period just staring at me.2. Then like when he was our student-teacher he had to grade the papers he gave me better grades than I was supposed to get.3. When he teaches class I always find him watching me the whole time!4. (This is the one that bothers me the most). Like when we have groups projects he always leans over me to help my group every time! Like he either puts his hand on the back off my chair (and sometimes I lean back and hit it not knowing it's there) also he just leans on my desk.5. He always smiles at me.6. He just didn't stare at me when he was supposed to watch the class he still stares at me all the time for no reason. There's other stuff I just can't remember it right now.So what do you think??????????

He probably does like you a little bit, and he just hasn't learned how to keep it to himself.
As a sub, I always have students I favor over others. But since I'm only there for a day, 3 tops usually, I don't have time to really show if I favor a student.
A lot of this probably comes across to you as a crush because he is a young guy. Keep in mind though, one of the classes he just finished taking is about state law in the classroom, so that is weighing on his mind a lot, and I'm sure he won't cross any lines.
He is probably trying too hard to be the hip, young teacher that everyone likes. If he does go over board, then tell someone. Another thing you can do, is talk to him after class (when the other teacher is there) and tell him that some other students complain that you're a teacher's pet, and maybe he shouldn't be so nice and favorable towards you during class. Obviously it's kind of a lie, but it will get him to back down without hurting his feelings or making you feel awkward.

fair enough he might fancy u in a way, but even at 14 years you should know he's too old for u... the reason i say he might fancy u is, u may look older than ur age... go look for some1 ur own age or only a small bit older... if it goes any further with him, hes a pervert unfortunately, do u like perverts?????

I second what kellyxxx said entirely...
Also will throw out there that if he begins to do anything more than he is already doing, then report him to your principal or your real teacher immediately! Right now he is just being annoying and creepy... just don't let him and report him if he tries to make it more than that.
