writes: okay, I REALLY need an answer, so here lately for the past week and a half or so I've been really sick, nauseas, shaking, feeling sick sometimes when the car starts moving, etc, what could this be? I had a fever last night but I think its gone now. I have no idea whats going on all I know is my stomach hurts at almost a constant rate, I'm always feeling nauseas now. HELP? scrdofyou is verified as being by the original poster of the questionha, I guess yall are right. but its gone away alot now, the only time I get sick now is sometimes when the car starts moving or anythin. I dont know, im gonna go to the doctor.

sounds like migraines. i get them almost every night. the one big way to know if you have a migraine is that the headache is one half of your forehead. i know it sounds weird but i've seen specialist about my migraines and that's what they tell me. and no, a migraine is not just a really bad headache, it involves the other symptoms you mentioned
