 I know a lot of punks that have what we would class as "normal" "girl next door" girlfriends/boyfriends. Just because they dress and are into different things that your into, doesnt mean that they wont be attracted to you! I think you should break that barrier of shyness and just go ahead and ask them. I doubt they'll reject it!
