Don't have sex with your girlfriend unless you use condoms, then go see your doctor! Self diagnosing and treating yourself is a bad idea, so go see your doctor. Having sex with your girlfriend now is probably also a bad idea, you don't know what is going on with your penis right now, so go get a check up. It's not dangerous, and the doctor will not think it is weird.

You need to go to the doctor. You might have an infection.

LICHEN SCLEROSUS:
White spots develop on the foreskin and end of the penis. These may itch and can be sore. In time, the changes to the affected skin may cause difficulty in retracting the foreskin and in passing urine. Erections may become painful. The anal skin is rarely affected in men.
Some men with foreskins often have little white spots under the glands, but i've never heard of it peeling betfore, So:
GO SEE YOUR DR, As Soon As Possible.

Go to the doctors and see. Everyone is different, try not to worry until after you're sure :)
Hope it works out (Y)
