Your right to be scared, and thats probly why your not eating. Go and see a doctor, if you think you may be to scred to tell them, then write it all down to read and you can always give them the paper. Please see a doctor, remember your beautiful and you deserve to be happy and healthy. Make fear a thing of the past. xxx Message me at any time if you feel like it.

You definately need some professional advice that your Gp can arrange.
Not eating is a serious damage to your health, people forget the stress it puts on the heart.
Go see your Gp. But do it very soon.
There are many reasons people wont eat from food phobias to control issues.
I hope you get some help.
Good luck

You have made a brave first step - you recognise that you have a problem not only with being underweight but having an eating disorder that makes you fear food. Eating disorders can be treated very effectively but you need to take a deep breath and get professional help. You won't be the first person in this situation but unless you see a doctor then you are unlikely to get better on your own. When you see a doctor you should explain how you feel about eating to her or him so that they can refer you to specialist outpatient services designed to help young people in exacting the same situation as yourself.

A

Are you afraid of gaining weight? Have you talked to anyone about this? What you should do is TALK TO SOMEONE who you trust and care about, someone who would have your BEST interest at heart. From your name, "confessions of a broken heart," it sounds like you're in a lot of emotional pain, and while we can talk on here endlessly and I can try to help you, talking with a counselor or a parent would help you so much more. They can give you better advice because they will naturally know more about your situation, or they can refer you to someone who is able to truly help you, like a therapist. I hope this helps and please do something before you get sick/sicker. You are beautiful and I feel for you so much. Please answer this and let me know how you are doing. You're in my prayers dear 3
