hi, its sweetie here, i think you need to ask this bot weather or not he wants something to happen or not because he is confussing you, and if he saus that he just wants to be friends then you have to make sure that you both stick to it. also if he says he wants to be friends and trys to get close to you you will have to push him away as you will then be hurting your self if you allow him to miss around with your feelings. take care and please do get back to me as i would like to know how you got on.
