Not sure exactly what I do to it, it is not a serious injury but it hurts him for a couple of minutes and then he seems okay again.I love being on top usually and he loves me taking control but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. This happened to anyone else before?Does anyone know how I prevent it? He should adjust the angle to suit himself tho. Also, if he's not fully aroused, it may bend. Some guys, myself included, do not get as much stimulation in this position, and if he's used to other positions, cowgirl may not stimulate the shaft enough to keep him rock hard and prevent "the bends".

Yeah, it hurts. My guess is that your hips are getting too far forward. This happens pretty often. That's also one way that it slips out during sex. Ampersand's advice is good. I would also suggest you focus on what you're feeling a bit more. I know in the heat of the moment it can be distracting, but you'll start to feel it thrusting less and less deeply. This is a sign you're shifting. Take a second to stop and reposition yourself. Trust me, guys like it when you do this. You can even move your hips a bit to get him in nice and deep before you go back to the routine.
