 Go out and pick yourself up an issue of Cosmo!! You will find tips and tricks aplenty.
I think the essentials are these:
1) open mindedness
2) enthusiasm
3) a smile
4) confidence
I know those aren't specialized tricks, but that is what will make you a delight in the bedroom and a dream for any fella. I've also never met a guy who didn't love waking up to oral sex, or didn't love a girl showing initiative and pouncing on HIM. Your experience doesn't matter, it's really about how excited you are about him!
Oh yes, and when giving oral sex, start out slowww... tease him for awhile and get him all riled up. That is an underappreciated move, I think.
