Hiya.
Although i am not pregnant, i feel that this is normal. Maybe as you had a little excess skin before you got pregnant, your belly may have added to it. I wouldnt worry! Its maybe because the baby moves quite regularly, and the size goes down from when the baby is moving or still. If you are still concerned after a few weeks, i suggest you should see a doctor just to be sure!
Good luck xx

For instance ..... if you have just eaten then your stomach will grow but because your pregnant your tummy has moved up, so the food will fill your tummy and may make your bump look bigger or smaller.
If you try to take note of when it gets larger or smaller, then you will soon see that its completely normal.
Okay dont worry too much but if you are concerned then speak to your midwife or doctor.

D'ya know, I wish I had asked somebody this when I was pregnant! I had the same 'problem' and I worried myself sick about it. But after talking to a lot of the mum's at the school (bubby is 6 now) I found out A LOT of people go thru this. You have fat days and thin pregnant days. Wind, fluid retention, the way the baby is lying, they all contribute. In the early stages it is most likely fluid retention (according to my friend who is a midwife) but if you remain worried PLEASE ask you healthcare provider. Good luck with the remainder of your pregnancy!
