This is my 2nd pregnancy & I have felt sad & angry & emotional, but I have really never thought about actually leaving. I think it very easily could judt be pregnancy hormones. If it would help, go see a counselor.

A male reader, rcn United States +, writes (14 September 2007):

rcn agony auntThere are mood swings that happen when you're pregnant, and it's very difficult to sort out your feelings. You hormones are doing jumping jacks right now.

I can't say if your feeling for him are accurate or mood swings. Sometimes the mood swings can cause irritations you have in someone, such as their habits or behaviors which can be accelerated to a new high level.

What doesn't make sense is you say how much you love your husband. Loving someone as you say usually includes missing them when their gone, looking forward to those moments spent together, not the feelings you have.

These is such a statement as to love someone as a friend. You appreciate the time to hang together, and how they are there for you, but you just couldn't see yourself taking your friendship past that.

I'd talk to him, let him know your concerns. If he doesn't communicate back, let him know to listen and not answer then. Just in case it's only mood swings, I wouldn't do anything to chance loosing him, then finding out it was a mistake.
