writes:I cheated for the first time the day after my period started. We had unprotected sex. Im now 8 weeks pregnant, could it be the man I cheated with or my husbands? Husband and I had sex 2x's the week I was to of conceived. The doctor states conception was April 19th. Please help!!

 Does your husband know about the affair by the way? because if not I would advise you to tell him. You may at the moment think it's fine I'll just tell him it's his but It can blow back right into your face again especially during heated arguments. You cannot rely on dates at all the only way to be sure is if you have a dna test. hope I've helped

 I don't think anyone is going to be able to give you a definate answer on this one afraid your just going to have to wait until the baby is born and then have a paternity test.

And if you and your husband had sex twice while you were ovulating then it's more than likely his. But if you're really worried the only real way of knowing is waiting until the baby is born and convincing your husband to have a DNA test, unless you can tell by the baby's appearance. But going by what you've mentioned, I don't see how having sex the day after your period started could have gotten you pregnant so I'd assume it's your husband's. But you know, you could have saved yourself from all this worry by not having cheated in the first place. [moderator correction: A women can become pregnant from having sex a day after her period.]
