You must tell your parents as soon as possible.

If your are pregnant is possible to have a healthy baby at 13 but you will need a doctors care immediately. For additional advise do not use Planned Parenthood but contact a pregnancy crisis center or look under adoption in your phone book for agencies that will protect you and the life of your baby.

tux agony auntI am just writing to fix some bad information listed on a previous answer. IF you have never had a period before, you can still become pregnant. When that happens, it is because they are a few of the "lucky" ones who get pregnant on their first ovulation. So even if you never have had a period before, you may still become pregnant.

But as for the risk of being pregnant... I would say that there is a big risk considering you had unprotected sex especially for 5-10 minutes. Now knowing or not, you need to take a test for pregnancy as well as for STD's. At 13, you may not have regular periods to know when they will arrive.

A female reader, didda123 United Kingdom +, writes (26 February 2009):

didda123 agony auntIt is very possible that you are pregnant but you are not going to know for sure without having a test done so i would advise you do this tomorrow and at least you will put your mind at rest if you are not sooner rather than later.

It is possible to become pregnant from the pre-cum before the actual full ejaculation of sperm. It is also possible to become pregnant even before you have started your periods if your body is preparing itself for a period around that time. Have you actually missed a period yet i am unsure of this?

Though it is possible to become pregnant throughout the month there are times of the month when it is much more likely and that is usually the 14th day of your menstrual cycle if you have a 28 day cycle. You can usually determine when the next period is due and count back 12 to 16 days this would be the best time to conceive.

You may be able to work out if you were especially fertile when you had intercourse but the only thing that will put your mind at rest is to have a test done.

You are only 13 so you really are going to have to confide in your parents about this or if it is easier a close relative who will help you to speak to your parents.

It is best to do this as soon as because you are only going to make yourself ill with worry and the earlier your family know the quicker the problem can be solved.

Your parent's no doubt will be shocked and i am sure angry but just remember they love you and will always want the best for you and after the initial shock they will be very supportive so please speak to them as soon as possible x

A female reader, jessica04 United States +, writes (26 February 2009):

jessica04 agony auntYes, he can cum and either not really know it, or have it sneak up on him and take him off guard. Always use a condom. The penis discharges a seminal fluid that acts as a natural lubricant, but this fluid can contain sperm. This is why condoms are so important, and why using the "pulling out" method is not worth the risk if you are not on birth control.

Have you missed a period yet? Regardless, you need to go see a doctor. I believe you should be able to go to any planned parenthood clinic and they can help you from there. If you have started your period, you should be seeing a gyno already.

I hate to say it, but if you have missed a period, because of your age you might have to come clean to your parents. Tell them how scared you are, and have them help you find out if you are pregnant by taking you to a doctor.

Well i wish i could help. But if you didnt get your period yet for the first time ever you can't get pregnant. And if he didn't "finish" inside you there's probably about a 40% chance your pregnant. I don't know if that helped you any, but I hope so, cuz i'm kinda in the same boat as you.
