The little bumps are Braille for "Suck Here"

You are so normal, it's crazy. All breasts are completely different. I work at Victoria's Secret (I used to work with strippers), so trust me - I know boobs!! You are no different from everyone else. Lots of people have different sized breasts, and most everyone I know has little bumps around their nipples. I have 'em.
Boys will NOT notice. They will be too excited about seeing a pair of breasts! And besides, sweetness, you are the only one looking that hard at your breasts. I promise that boys (or anyone else, for that matter) won't even notice.
Enjoy them, sweetness!

There is nothing wrong with you. You probaby notice te size changes more during a certain time of the month becuase of your hormones changing and the bumps are your milk ducts. Don't worry we, as woman, always see our faults under a microscope. I'm sure nobody can even tell and if they could they need stop staring at your boobs and look at your face.

If you feel insecure that boys will notcie the difference, try buying a lightly padded bra as this will help you to feel less paranoid about it.
Also, the bumps on and around your nipples are natural. I've got them, and so's my best friend and one of my ex's. As far as I know, they are just how the skin of the areola forms. The only thing you need to worry about is if you find a hard lump anywhere on your boobs, as this could be an abnormal growth, although may be a misplaced duct where you're still growing.
Here's a page on wikipedia about breasts and their growth: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breast
I hope this has made you feel better!
